We don’t have all that many mails left now.
So let’s pick it up some.
Revisit yesterday’s walkthrough of a day that puts sleep
hygiene in focus.
Pick one thing that you’re not doing today.
And start doing it.

Along with your habit you choose early on, to the beat of your regularity, while you’re keeping the sleeping area clean for the purpose of sleep.
