Now, we’re only going to remind you to stick with it. Starting something isn’t easy, especially if it goes against a routine you used to enjoy. But you’re not changing your entire life. Just this one thing.

But keep at it, will you? Remain committed to change that habit, and we’ll see you back tomorrow, where we’ll get into what sleep really is and how sleep drive works. The heavy stuff, as it were.
